Mumma Tribe Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") govern participation in all online and offline spaces operated under the Mumma Tribe brand, including but not limited to our Mighty Networks platform, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, and in-person events ("Community").

By joining or participating in Mumma Tribe, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Guidelines. These terms are binding and enforceable under the policies set forth by Mumma Tribe, a community operated under the DED License in Dubai, UAE.

1. Eligibility: Mums Only

Access to Mumma Tribe is strictly limited to individuals who identify as mothers.

  • Men are not permitted to join or participate in any part of the Community.

  • Nannies, housemaids, and helpers may not join or participate on behalf of a parent.

  • Members must use their real name and represent themselves truthfully as a mum.

  • Business or agency accounts are not permitted.

We reserve the right to remove any account that we determine does not meet these eligibility criteria.

2. Respectful Conduct

We are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and judgment-free space.
Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without notice.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

All content shared within the Community is considered private.
Members may not:

  • Screenshot or share any content externally.

  • Repost or quote others without their explicit written consent.

Violations of privacy are grounds for removal and may be subject to further action if reputational harm is caused.

4. Promotions & Commercial Activity

No self-promotion, commercial advertising, or unsolicited sharing of products, services, affiliate links, or events is allowed without prior written approval from the Mumma Tribe team.

We offer specific, approved spaces such as the Mumma Directory for brands and businesses. Participation in those spaces must be pre-approved.

5. Accurate Identity & Account Integrity

Each member is allowed one personal account. Pseudonyms, anonymous accounts, or impersonation of others are not allowed.

We reserve the right to verify your identity and remove accounts that we cannot confirm as genuine members of the Community.

6. Compliance with Local Laws

Members agree to refrain from sharing or promoting any activity, product, or service that violates the laws or regulations of the United Arab Emirates. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unlicensed medical advice or health claims

  • Sale of restricted or illegal goods or services

  • Defamatory or libelous statements

7. Constructive Participation

Mumma Tribe encourages honest conversation about motherhood. However, members must maintain a tone of empathy and constructive support. Personal attacks, divisive behavior, or aggressive commentary will not be tolerated.

8. Violation & Removal

Mumma Tribe reserves the right to immediately remove any member who, at our sole discretion, breaches these Guidelines or acts in a way that compromises the safety, privacy, or tone of the Community.

No warning is required prior to removal.

9. Reporting Misconduct

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these Guidelines, you are encouraged to report it by:

  • Emailing us directly at hello@mummaly.com, or

  • Messaging an admin through the platform.

Mumma (Mumma Tribe and all services and products under Mumma) was created to offer genuine support and connection to mothers in the UAE and beyond.
